Recently, in order to develop aesthetic education, the Ministry of Education has specially planned a mid- to long-term cross-field aesthetic education plan. Cross-disciplinary aesthetic courses refer to the use of artistic concepts, aesthetic elements and artistic resources to integrate the teaching of other disciplines as media, resources and strategies to activate and assist subject learning. Curriculum planning can include the following two aspects - using art media, art resources and other materials, and applying art practice, art appreciation and other activities to assist and activate teaching, and focusing on the structure or aesthetics of things taught in the subject unit that are related to the art field. commonality, etc., to integrate the curriculum.

Pengnan Junior High School is the seed school for aesthetic education in the county. Through the activities of this course, students are trained to actively understand the living environment, ocean currents and tides, and to develop ideas through design with mathematics courses as the main concepts. Through the whole class discussion, planning and production process, students can develop teamwork and creative abilities.

This sandscape art creation activity is organized according to the time of the rising and falling tides.
