This course combines art and craft creation with ocean exploration. Through hands-on practice and field observation, it guides students to develop creativity, aesthetic awareness, and care and responsibility for the environment. The course design is centered on "cross-disciplinary learning", allowing students to develop their understanding and protection of marine ecology while expressing themselves artistically, and to think about how to practice sustainable development of the ocean.
1. Aesthetics and creativity: Through marine waste art and photography, guide students to observe the world from different perspectives and cultivate aesthetic ability and creative thinking.
2. Environmental awareness and action: Through ocean exploration and beach cleanup activities, students can experience environmental issues firsthand and enhance their sense of responsibility for protecting the ocean.
3. Community connection and local identity: By recording their hometowns and communities, students can deepen their care for local culture and environment and share their works with others.
4. Marine Sustainability and Ecological Protection: Understand the sources and impacts of marine pollution, learn sustainable practices such as plastic reduction, resource recycling, and friendly consumption, and encourage students to implement environmental awareness in their daily lives.
Learning is not limited to the classroom, but by going into the environment and interacting with the community, allowing children to become learners who actively discover, think and act!
