Cross-disciplinary learning:This course combinesnatural science,ArtandFlexible courses, aims to promote students' application and connection of knowledge between different fields by integrating the study of the impact of insects and plants on the environment, and help them understand and protect the natural environment from multiple perspectives.
Field learning and experience:The course includes a field trip to the Dongshi Forest Farm, which not only allows students to gain a deeper understanding of the natural world through firsthand experience and observation, but also strengthens their sense of responsibility for ecological conservation. The on-site guided tour allows students to interact with professionals and further their understanding of environmental protection.
Environmental Awareness and Sustainable Development:The curriculum emphasizes students' awareness of environmental change and biodiversity. By studying how insects and plants impact the environment, it encourages reflection on human behavior. The goal is to help students understand the role of each organism in nature and cultivate a responsible attitude towards the environment.
Social Emotional Learning (SEL):This course is dedicated to helping students develop social-emotional learning, particularly in the areas of collaboration and responsibility.
