Nestled at the foot of Jinzhen Mountain in Taimali, Taitung, amidst the shade of century-old cypress trees, Da-Wu Primary School, a benchmark school for its interdisciplinary aesthetic education program, hosted an art feast on the eve of graduation. The event blended aesthetic education, hands-on agricultural practices, indigenous culture, and an international perspective. It brought together the entire school community, tribal elders, and alumni, showcasing the collaborative educational achievements across generations.

The event, themed "Dawn Weaving Dreams," took local roots and a global perspective. Graduates were divided into groups to present cultural stories and distinctive dishes from countries such as South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Italy, and Spain. From ingredient selection and cooking to table setting, the children collaborated with teachers and parents, showcasing their deep affection for their land and culture through the rich aesthetics of color, aroma, and flavor, weaving a dream of youth.

Professor Huang Chun-min, co-host of the Cross-Domain Aesthetics Project, and Professor Shih Neng-mu from National Taitung University participated in the event, witnessing the children interpret cross-domain integration and the aesthetics of life through their actions. Against the backdrop of blue skies and green fields, the entire tribe's strength converged into a communal dining ceremony filled with gratitude and blessings, practicing cultural confidence, sustainability, and gratitude. This opened up a new cross-cultural perspective for the graduates and created precious memories for parents and children. Blessings to these tribal children, illuminated by the dawn, as they weave their dreams and sail far between mountains and seas.
