In this educational journey filled with emotion and beauty, we not only learn, but also deeply experience. This activity, centered on SEL (Social and Emotional Learning), combined cultural, historical, and performing arts teaching, guiding teachers to begin by "feeling themselves" and move towards "understanding their students," allowing aesthetic education and emotional education to intertwine and create a gentle yet powerful spark.

The morning session was opened by co-host Ms. Chen Yunwen, and led by Ms. Shih Hsiu-ying from the Best Me team. Through a series of activities, participants were able to deeply experience each stage of their emotions. We learned to listen to our inner voice, understand the messages behind each emotion, and thus build a sense of security and belonging. Because only when we become whole ourselves can we pass on that wholeness to others.

In the afternoon, teacher Weng Wensi transformed the historical event "Seven-Legged River Incident" into a performing arts activity, allowing students to experience firsthand how to understand history and emotions through performing arts. Through games and performances, students learned to express emotions using their bodies and voices, and experienced the struggles and choices of humanity through role-playing.

"Learning truly happens when students feel accepted and learn to love themselves." Starting from within ourselves, we reconnect with our teachers and then re-enter the world of our students. Through exchanges and classroom observations, we spark educational inspiration and insights, enabling every educator to become a guide who conveys warmth and beauty. Every step we take together with our teachers leads us towards a bright future for aesthetic education.
