The write-off standard for any amount of funds should be approved by the accountant of your school. In addition, for any receipts or invoices that need to be written off, please use the heading and unified number of the school's write-off fees.
Scenario A: If the editing fee, editing fee, hosting fee, assistant fee and writing fee are requested by the teacher/director/principal of the school, please use them in accordance with the approved funding table and the payment method of the school.
Scenario B: If teachers or administrators need to pay part-time substitute teaching fees and need to pay for more than four classes a week, in this case, please rely on the school accountant’s determination.
