To guide students' career exploration and cultivate core competencies for the future, Chungli Senior High School of Commerce offers the "Key Competencies for the Future - Cross-Domain Marketing" course in the second year of senior high school, specifically for the social studies group. The 2025 academic year primarily focused on the "Chongli Commercial High School Food Expo," with the course content centering on five main themes: "AI Applications," "Brand Marketing," "Visual Design," "Language Expression," and "3D Printing and Laser Engraving Practice." The course guides students to use local ingredients to transform creative ideas into concrete results, and incorporates the concept of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into the learning process, enabling students to balance emotional management, interpersonal interaction, and social responsibility in their professional studies.
This course emphasizes "interdisciplinary integration" and "practice-oriented" learning. Through a project-based and hands-on teaching design, it cultivates students' well-rounded character, enabling them to possess "professional competence × emotional intelligence × creativity," thus equipping them with competitiveness and influence in future academic and career development. The course development also aligns with the five core competencies of SEL (School of Economics and Employment), aiming to achieve the following goals:
1. Self-Awareness:
Through logo design and brand slogan writing, students are guided to become aware of their own values and creative expression methods, and to understand how personal characteristics influence planning and design styles.
2. Self-Management:
Through the practical application of AI and products, students develop the ability to plan their schedules, manage their emotions, and cope with pressure, demonstrating self-discipline and sustained commitment.
3. Social Awareness:
Using the Lishui Food Expo as a case study, students are guided to understand and respect different cultural characteristics and business philosophies, thereby enhancing their empathy and sense of social responsibility.
4. Interpersonal Skills:
Through teamwork, participants will conduct marketing analysis, script writing, and production for the food stalls designed by each group, thereby cultivating their abilities in effective communication, coordination, and collaborative success.
5. Responsible Decision Making:
In the process of formulating marketing strategies and publishing results, students are guided to consider ethics, teamwork, and social impact, and learn to be responsible for and accountable for the results of their decisions.
