1. In collaboration with the local revitalization group "Yuanli Xiance Shop", we explored Yuanli Old Street and transformed the shops, objects, smells, sounds, and people working in Yuanli Old Street into learning resources that can be observed, questioned, written, and created.
2. By starting with the daily work of artisans, students are guided to see the focus, responsibility, perseverance, service and inheritance behind the skills, avoiding the fact that the commuting program only focuses on food check-ins or tourist attraction introductions.
3. Using language writing to support visual art creation: First, establish textual material through the five senses, recording human actions, tools and environmental details, and then transform the text into composition, color and visual narrative.
4. Integrate the five aspects of SEL into the entire process: self-awareness and self-management before the field trip; social awareness and interpersonal skills during the interview; and making responsible decisions when selecting, describing, and publishing materials.
5. Through public presentations and peer feedback, students are encouraged to respond to local communities with their work, respect the image and stories of interviewees, and form a cross-disciplinary aesthetic learning cycle of "observation—understanding—expression—action".
