Jianguo Elementary School, Pingtung County—Rooted in Greenery: Campus Plant Observation and Aesthetic Practice Course

This course is based on the core concept of "cultivating aesthetics in life and learning respect in nature".
Through observation of campus plants, lower-grade students are guided to interact with nature using their five senses, building a sense of closeness to the environment and an ability to appreciate beauty; and social and emotional learning is introduced through natural phenomena (such as the canopy repulsion of trees), allowing students to understand the importance of respecting others' boundaries and coexisting harmoniously.

The course emphasizes observation, expression, and practice, enabling students to cultivate aesthetic literacy and action in real-world situations.
