Chaozhou Junior High School, Pingtung County — Restoring the Reality of the Landscape: A Path of Light and Shadow Pursuit Imitating Impressionism
- The overall theme continues to focus on enhancing spatial awareness and aesthetic ability in daily life. In addition to continuing the deconceptual visual observation course from last year, this semester has added more types of sensory experiences, such as the auditory experience of wind chimes, spatial awareness of stretching limbs on the playground, and visual environment enhancement of ecological landscapes.
- In particular, since I am teaching nine ninth-grade classes this year, which are classes I have led for three years, I have specially set the theme of creating a graduation atmosphere so that students can feel the traces of these three years in the visual environment of the campus, such as paper-cut window decorations created with their names, or leaving behind memories of school with MV, etc.
In addition, to continuously develop familiarity with the community, besides exploring the community’s characteristics from multiple perspectives, we also utilize the second-floor exhibition space of the Taiwan Good Foundation to enhance students’ exhibition experience. We also conduct exchanges with other schools, such as Kaohsiung Minzu Junior High School this semester and Hengchun Elementary School next semester for local field day school programs.
