This program, centered on "food and agriculture education," continues the spirit of "Aesthetic Exploration and Culinary Delights in Meili," guiding students from the fields to the dining table. By learning about Hakka rice culture and traditional plants (such as mugwort), and combining social-emotional learning (SEL) with hands-on art activities, students deepen their identification with local culture and develop an awareness of sensory aesthetics while making Hakka snacks and mugwort tools by hand.
