With "local exploration and cross-disciplinary aesthetics" as its core, this program connects the ecological environment with artistic creation. Students are guided to the "Wenzidi Ecological Park" to deepen their environmental awareness through on-site observation; subsequently, ecological nutrients are integrated into aesthetically pleasing hands-on creations such as "plant-based hand-drawn cards" and narrative typography. This process, from "five-sense experience" to "graphic and textual production," inspires students' cross-disciplinary integration, storytelling, and visual expression, cultivating future citizens with both local sentiment and aesthetic practice. With "whole-plant utilization of onions" as its core, this program implements the spirit of the SDGs (Sustainability, Development, and Goods) sustainability. It cross-disciplinaryly integrates home economics, physics, chemistry, and art, cooking the onion pulp into curry and extracting dyes from the peel. Students are guided through real-world cooking and geometric tie-dyeing scenarios, internalizing concepts such as the Maillard reaction, collision theory, acid-base color change, and multi-dimensional continuity through their five senses, cultivating lifelong learners with scientific inquiry and an appreciation for the beauty of life.
